We take responsibility for ocular health very seriously, which is why you must agree to the following legal statement before purchasing any of our Coloured Contact Lenses:

• I do not suffer from any eye infections (e.g. Conjunctivitis)
• I do not suffer from any corneal condition (e.g. Keratitis)
• I do not suffer from any allergic eye conditions (e.g. Hay Fever)
• I do not suffer from any chronic eye conditions (e.g. Glaucoma)
• I intend to use these Coloured Contact Lenses for cosmetic colour change purposes only and not to correct any defect of sight or refractive error.
• I have received clear instructions and guidance for the safe wearing, removal and care of my new Coloured Contact Lenses. (Included in packaging)
• I have been advised to immediately remove my Coloured Contact Lenses if I experience any undue irritation, discomfort or redness of the eyes.
• I have details of the Coloured Contact Lenses help line number. (included in packaging)
• I understand the need for regular periodic check-ups with an eye care practitioner.
• These Coloured Contact Lenses are designed to be warn for up to 3 months use only and are intended to be replaced 3 months after opening, irrespective of the number of times worn.
• Coloured Contact Lenses are suitable for normal, healthy eyes, are for cosmetic use only and are not intended to remedy any defect of sight.
• Coloured Contact Lenses are designed to be worn between 3 and 12 months depending on the type purchased as long as they are properly cleaned and handled.
• I am over the age of 16.

I understand and acknowledge that Coloured Contact Lenses are not classified as medical devices and are governed by the EU Cosmetic Directive; however, in the clinical opinion of the company's qualified ophthalmologist, they are only suitable for those with normal healthy eyes, who can confirm all 13 statements above to be true and accurate.
