| Delivery |
|
We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail First Class Service. All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday, and orders placed over weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day, subject to stock availability.
The only exceptions to this is if the goods you have ordered are over 60cm in length. These items are dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service and delivery will be 2-3 working days. For orders outside of europe we dispatch using Parcel Force Worldwide Service and delivery is 3-5 working days.
Please be aware that at busy times Royal Mail has a backlog of post and delivery can take longer. Therefore we recommend you order within plenty of time. We hope you will be impressed by our service and become a regular user of our website.
If you do not reveive your order this will be due to Royal Mails service not The Magic Joke Shop. You can contact Royal mail by clicking here. | Returning a Faulty Item and Credit Notes |

We will always try our hardest to make sure that you receive you goods in the best possible condition. However if you do receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged while in the post, please telephone us on (01223) 353003 before you return the item to the address below. We will require your order reference number and date of your order. This number can be found on the top of your invoice.
Upon receipt of the item we will replace it. If we cannot replace the item we will give you a full refund. We recommend you obtain a certificate of postage when returning the item. Your postage costs will be refunded.

| Risk of Loss and Delivery Information |

All items purchased from the Magic Joke Shop site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier, Royal Mail. All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Post. The only exception to this is if the goods you have ordered are over 60cm in length. These items are dispatched via Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service and delivery will be 2-3 working days.
We endeavour to fufill all orders within seven working days. During busy postage periods such as Christmas, please remember to order early to avoid possible delivery delays. |
| Wigs |
|
Please note health reasons prevent us from exchanging or refunding wigs or other items worn against the body or hair. Please ensure that you definitely wish to purchase a wig or similar item before you do so and before removing the packaging.
We will of course exchange or refund any item with a proven manufacturing fault. Proof of purchase is necessary. This does not exclude your statutory rights. |
